Thr termination voucher and gas issue pass book transfered from M/s Kalayan Gas Agency Raipur was submitted to nainka gas agency on 07.06.2011 he demanded Rs.2460/- for issuing the same but complainant protested that only deposit amount Rs 950/- is to be paid as per terms and condition. The agency forced to purchase lighter, gas pipe and safety kit which has been refused to purchase by complainant. The personal of the gas agency visited on spot next day for verification of address and on telephonic talks with Mr. Sharma Manager told that the regulator is not available and whenever it will be available it will be issued to you no date is fixed for issuing the same. Yesterday there was again inquired by the complainant about the availability of regulator but he replied it is not available at all. Now the complainant is feeling that nainka gas agency harassing due to protest of illegal demand. The complainant is suffring a lot. The meal & tea is purchasing from the hotel. Kindly help immidiately.
