I Own a Aveo U-VA.which I purchased about a year back. on the 21st of June I had an accident. My car was badly damaged, and I gave it for repairs to the Local Dealer, Radiant Motors, Guwahati, Assam, India.on the 22nd of June. They promised to give back the vehicle on the 22nd of August. Inspite of regular phone calls and visit to the dealer workshop I was not delivered the vehicle until today. Today the vehicle was given to me without proper repairs. done. And since last week I received phone calls from the dealer 5 times to take the delivery of the vehicle and every time I went to take the delivery, the vehicle was not ready, thus wasting a lot of time and giving harrasement. So can you suggest what should I do.
