This is just to bring kind notice in front of all honda owners, that honda brand is not secure and reliable anymore, last month i met with an major accident due to some other car overtaking issue, my Honda accord bashed by innova and my driver seat airbag just DID NOT OPEN AT THE SPEED OF 60 KM/HR, my friend sitting on adjacent seat got saved from injuries as his air bag opened...
Can anyone from honda justify y driver seat air bag DID NOT open? THIS IS A MANUFACTURING FAULT .HOW CAN U BE SO CARELESS??? I have been chasing honda's all authorised service centres esp Ring road centre Peeeragarhi n literally pleading the manager of the acidental department to look into this matter seriously as this Breath taking incident can happen with anyone but instead of paying attention and resolving issues like replacing my car airbags they are just showing tantrums, delaying, keeping us wait long hours in return with same answer and no coperation. THEY R harrasing us day and night and say until we dont get an approval fro honda, head office they will not replace air bags .they are asking us to pay full amount and later in few months the insurance company will pay you. Honda who has played with my life is now refusing to replace the airbag that saved the life of my friend keerat resident of kirti nagar.
We have spent 15 lakhs on honda but security level is just low .it's quiet unexpected from company like honda who holds good market and goodwill in indian market has no pain for consumer at all. Pathetic response rather no response and cooporation from honda.By grace of god i got saved this time but who knows what faith has kept in store for u. I have quit Honda forever and warning all honda owners plz be alert as this company is a cheat and has no pain for consumer . my family have been suffering as we hold only 2 cars and we are tired. Plz if anyone listening plz plz take some actions as my car no is DL4CNA1613 .
If u r driving honda plz be alert ur airbag might not open when u needed it the most... Honda is a Cheat.
