Honda Activa

Dear Sir

I've booked one Activa on 11th aug, 09 under csd quota from the dealer G.S Honda, Jalandhar. I was supposed to receive the same within 2 months as told by the dealer. Since last 1 month I am following up with the dealer & every time his executive told me that I'll receive it next week, than again next week & next week. Already three & half months has been passed & I've blocked my Rs 40000 with you on which i am not getting even interest. This is my request to you that pls take a serious action on this & deliever my Activa with in this week only or I'll file a case in Consumer Court. Expecting a positive result from your side.
