I have similar exp. in JSP Honda, I bought Activa on 4th Dec yestrday i have given it for last Free service & mentioned to person writting service card that NO OIL Change,
When in evening i collected bill, i was shocked to see they have changed the oil, when clear written instruction was there.
Next 30 min supervisor given me many reasons as how thery have done correct thing
Oil is black so we change
Mechanic was not able to read instruction so he changed
Why you are crying for 130 Rs
If you dont pay then i/mechanic has to pay
You pay this time next time we will give you free oil change
Finally they agrred that i will not pay anyting, & ask me to pay 22 Rs misc charges
I paid that & insisted on bill mentioning this
I renewd my insurance on 3rd Nov 09, lady at the counter was not able to explain brak up afetr lot of efforts she told me to pay Rs 815.
I asked why cost of purchase is depriciated by 10 % she had no answer, when i asked rule book it was mentioned that rate of dep. is 15 % & when calculation was done that way Renewal fig changed to Rs 785.
This is bad way of treating customers. Service is Poor
JSP honda (Kukutpally) is most horrible service center.
Some one need to take action on them
