Not getting the delivery and bad attitude of the workers

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I booked a white co loured deluxe model activa on 9th October from DehraDun's Honda (ESS ELL Motors) and was assured by the staff members of the showroom that I would get it by 15th of January. But now they are delaying it much further and telling me to still wait for 1 more month and that is also not sure. There is black-marketing going on in the showroom and the workers and staff members are manipulating the list according to their own choice and when asked to show their list they are not doing so. Beside this there is gross misbehavior on the part of the staff members as they are telling me to do whatever I can and they are not giving me the product. They are not even ready to talk to me properly and the misbehavior is not tolerable.

I hope you would take appropriate action regarding my complaint and give me satisfactory answer.
