I have booked a Honda Activa for my sister named R. Uma Maheswari, booking No. 1432. I wish to inform you that the Two wheeler Narmada Honda Dealer, Mahabubnagar is causing lot of inconvenience to us by charging extra amount.
The said vehicle’s on Road price is Rs. 49, 071/- but he is charging extra money for the following items.
1. Extra Fittings Rs. 3, 119/-
2. Extended warranty Rs. 649/-
3. A.M.C. Rs. 549/-
4. Teflon Coating Rs. 375/-
5. Helmet Rs. 930/-
6. PRHC Rs. 1, 000/-

On Road price of the vehicle is Rs. 49, 071/-. So he has to deliver the Honda Activa on payment of said amount but he is forcing me to purchase all extra fittings. Without any of the extra fittings he is not delivering the vehicle. Due to this dealer, the Honda company is loosing its Name and Fame in our District. My friend and myself are ready to purchase the Honda Activa. His booking No. is 1425 and he is also facing same problem..
At this dealer Show Room no one of the Staff Members are responding properly. If I ask anything simply they say to contact their M.D. Several times I visited Show Room, but he is not available. Hence, I request you kindly take necessary action against the concernedNarmada Honda dealer of Mahabubnagar, A.P.
