Unsatisfactory service by the deale

Dear Sir,

1. I purchased a grey Honda Activa from Sterling spares pvt ltd, 29 Mumbai-Pune road, Near Garware nylons, Pimpri, Pune-411018 on 28 th april. The date of delivery was 01st May.

2. Now the way representatives dealt with me was outrageous. It took them 2 hours to deliver the vehicle after I confirmed on telephone whether the vehicle was ready.

3. Then today that is 29th may after one month of purchase of vehicle I went for first free service I had to wait in line for 2 hours then when my number came I was told that I was two days late in bringing the vehicle for free service and I had to pay half the amount for service. Then what is the meaning of free service.

4. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that I get justice and warranty of my vehicle doesn't lapse.
