Non Delivery of Vehicle

I have booked a activa from Fortune Motors Secunderabad wide receipt number SR/09-10/0010306 on 03 August. i haven't received a rely from the dealer promising the delivery of the vehicle. when we try to call the people at showroom the behaviour and attitude of the people is totally unacceptable. i hope the company would take this compliant atleast in the right spirit now and take a action to see that the vehicle is received at the earliest tome.
