No delivery on time

Sir,

. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I BOOKED an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers: PRATEEK HONDA MOTORS, HANSI on 20TH september by cheque of Rs.40, 000.and my cheque number is 305703 Dt.the dealer was commited that he will deliver the scooty within 15-20 days from the date of cheque delivery.but he not deliver till now .it is approximately 3 months from date of cheque delivery. I ask the dealer about this many times.but their is no response from the dealer.plz cooperate with us and deliver my scooty as soon as possible.

If no action is taken i will be go to consumer court on dated: 9th of december.
