Dear Sir, Date: 30/03

I have booked a Honda Activa DLX with FORTUNE MOTORS Pvt Ltd, HyderabadA

vide my receipt No. SR/10-11/001772, Dated 15th November. Initially at

the time of booking I was told that due to heavy demand, the vehicle would be delivered

after a wait

ing period of 90 days. Today its been 135 days since we booked our vehicle.

In the meantime we had visited the Fortune Motors office around the last week

of January (ie…within the 90days period), and we were told that the vehicle would be

delivered by the end of February.

We request you to kindly look into the matter find out where the lapse is, the genuinity

in the delay and ensure that the vehicle is delivered at the earliest.
