Battery disfunctional within 10 days

I purchased Honda Activa Frame no. ME4JC448BB8105892 on 06-03 from Shri Balaji Motors, Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Within 10 days, the battery ceased functioning. Let apart the self starting, it was not even supporting the horn and head light. I immediately reported this to the dealer, he asked me to wait till first service for battery replacement. At first service on 27-03 they dislodged the battery with no replacement, and asked me to wait till they call me within a couple of days. After repeated visit to them (of course they never called me) on 03-04, they have replaced with a used battery which can support only horn and headlight (no self start) and have asked to again wait till they call me for a new one to be replaced. I know will never call me.

This is my request to pursue the dearler for an immediate replacement with a new and quality aprroved battery.

These irresposibly accepted parts by HONDA and lame behaviour by the DEALER is a clear cut cheating to the customer who pays for the product with blind confidence on your company but gets faulty parts and poor customer support in return.
