IT IS DEEPLY REGRETTED THAT INSPITE OF MANY COMPLAINT I AM UNABLE TO AVAIL THE DELIVERY OF HONDA ACTIVA AS PROMISED BY THE DEALER ON DATED 08/04 FROM MOGA DEALER AFTER PAYING THE SUM OF AMOUNT Rs 1000/- AS BOOKING AMOUNT I FEEL EMBARACE ON PAYING VISITS REPEATIVELY AS DIRECTED ME "PATA KAR LENA ABHI AUR 2-3 MAHINE LAGENGE" BY DEALER. IT IS KIND OF HUMILIATION SUFFERING BY ME.

MAY I KNOW THE STOCK ISSUED TO THE DEALER IN QUESTION WITH CHASIS NO. DATE OF BOOKING DATE OF DELIVERY ETC AND THE WAY OF DELIVERY AS IT IS TALK OF TOWN THAT THE DELIVERY IS BEING HAPPENING SAME DAY TO THE PRESTIGIOUS & INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE OR BY OTHER MEANS.

KINDLY TAKE A CLOSE WATCH TO THE CONCERN CASE AND SUGGEST ME REGARDING ANY KIND OF LEGAL HELP OR FOLLOW THE RTI TO STOP MY HARRASMENT AND SATISFACTION TO MY SOLE.
