No response of Showroom/Service cente

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Honda Activa on 27.05.2011 but this is very depressing that from very next day, the self start and kick start was not working properly, for the same my father went to the showroom/service center Ess Ell Honda at Balliwala chowk, Dehradun. No one properly responded and kept the battery (on 11.07.2011) after so much argument & visits for fifteen days, till date my activa is not working properly.

I want to say that service given by Honda are very bad and note that my Activa is still under warranty & i want a quick action from Honda side and recover all the problems in it. I hope Honda understand my problem and take positive action immideately.
