Sir, i have purchased an Activa from Essell motors dehradun on 05. 02.2010..reg no is UKO7ab9360.i have availed all the free services and got 2 paid services from the same dealer . last one was on 07.11.2011.with job card no 11jc15583.i left the scoteer early in the morning on the same day and the told me to collect the same in the evening at 6.00pm.when i went there in the evening the scoter was not serviced till 6.00 pm and was in the same conditiion as i have given in the morng..i asked to the workshop manager sombody gulati .he respond very badly and told me that what happend if not done you take your scooter on tommorow... in the mean time after my so many requests he directed somone to service it imidiatly... after washing his machenic was driving my scooter in a very rash way and suddernly felt at the door of workshop..and there becomes a big dent and scraches on the same side... i saw the situation and told to the serv mangr..he again said'' kya hua agar gir gya to..theek ho jayega aap gaadi chood do mai workshop bhej kar ek week mai theek kara doonga''...he was not ready to listn any word from me and was giving so many pleas. he then coolected all his mechanics to build a terror on me and said you do whatever you can.i then went to the dealer..and the same reply i got from the dealer ie, you left your activa for one week i will send it to the paint unit at patel nagar..i was very embarrased that time as i was feelling helpless. i then told him abut the service of the vehichle he staight way said you can go to other service station if you are not satisfied. i then collected my scoter in the same condition because i was not having the time and courage to leave the scooter in the coustody of those type of people. my scoooter was not working properly due to this i went to Parradise honda another dealer very far from my house... for the service on 22.01.2012 with job card no 11jc14402. and told them that scooter is giving starting problem and giving a very poor mielage .. they now serviced the activa and i collected it back on the same day.after three days as i started the scooter in the morning the excelator of the scooter becomes jam at full throtle... in the same condition it was not possible to go to the same srvice center in the same condition..i then phoned to the service centre imidieatly one girl shweta was there she told me to bring the scoter to the service centre i then switched off the scooter and pulled the scoteer to the nearest mechanic ..he oppend the body in front of me and show me that the carburator is old and broken from the top due to that the wire of excelator is jamed as you given high throtleee... i became very sad and again told this to the service station to the same girl ie shwetta... she again replied you bring the scoter we will see. on the very next day i again went to the same serv centr and told them..they inspected the veichle and agreed with the same but they simply told me that it is not done here.. we havent touch the carburator at the time of service we have just washed and adjusted the settings and we do not open the carburator at the time of service. i then ranged the owner mr oberi but he did not recieve my phone after several attampts..sir this situation is very bad the service centers of the company like honda are doing such cheap activities when the vechicle is not touched out of the aurthorised service centers and is under extended warranty of five yrs... and how can a coustomer come to know what they are doing during the service he has to leave the scoteer... The same service center is 15 km far from my house and i am going to them for service only, why will i go to another local mechanics during warranty period as they are saying that it is done out side by anyother outer mechanic. My scooter is just two yrs old why will i go the outer mechanics when i know about the rules of extended warranty and two authorised centers are available in the citiy sir sombody in the Essel motors or paradise honda changed it and now they are denaying to change the carburotor, . sir i am helpless and intimating you for the same ..i have just to ways first to intimate you or either to go the consumer court. you kindly take it as very important... either i will give this news to the media and will also moove the consumer court... kindly help me well in time..your just send somone to the service center essell motors dehradun and see how they are doing with the coustomers during service everday..
