DEAR SIR

i shaikh shajeda mohd.hussain purchase the honda activa (delux) in the month of march but i m not satisfied with ur new model of activa.in my complain i would like to inform u that when my activa is running it creat noice, i give my activa in service station (CHAKRADHAR HONDA, ADAJAN SURAT) I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY SAID IT IS COMPANY FAULT.WE CAN NOT CURE, IN THIS 6 MONTH I HAVE CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL 3TIMES AND ACTIVA IS RUNNIG ONLY 4300KM, AND OTHER THING IS ENGINE IS ALSO CREAT A NOICE, AND STEARING IS CROSS, I M UR OLD CUSTMER, I HAVE ALSO UR OLD MODEL ACTIVA WHICH IS MUCH BETTER THAN NEW ONE, IT IS 5 YEAR OLD, (GJ5-DQ-8408) AND SIELENCER IS CREAT TOO MUCH HEAT WHICH BURN MY LEGS WHEN I WAS STOPPED AT SIGNAL, REALY I M NOT SATISFIED WITH HONDA ACTIVA DELUXE.AND THERE WERE NO ANSWER FROM UR SERVICE PROVIDER THEY BLAME THE COMPANY MISTAKE, BUT WHAT ABOUT CONSUMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE PLS CONSIDER THE APPLICATION AND SHOW THE MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE RIGHT NOW I M NOT USING THIS ACTIVA SAKE OF NOICE AND ALL. PLS REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,
