As per the exchange offer I have booked Honda Activa DLX Black at Rs.1000 on 5/10 at your authorized dealer M/s. Vahini Motors, Pallimukku, Kollam, Kerala. Subsequent to that I have paid Rs.23000 on 1/12 (entire balance amount after the exchange of my old Activa scooter) for the full and final settlement amount of the new vehicle. On the payment of the amount M/s. Vahini Motors assure that new scooter will be delivered within two weeks. However a period of more that ten weeks is over, the scooter is yet to be delivered. Hence I invite your kind attention in this matter and request you to take necessary action for the immediate delivery of the scooter without any further delay.
