Dear Mr. Manager,

I, Sanjay Kumar is employee of India Today, Videocon Towers. Jhandewalan.

This is to bring to your notice that it’s been 1 week I have bought a new Honda Activa (DL 3S BX 4651) from your store, in Lajpat Nagar by name of MALWA HONDA. I am really happy with the performance of the scooter but the main stand of the scooter is rusted.

I went to the same centre at Malwa Honda, Lajpat Nagar and they attended my query. Agreeing to my problem thay have asked me to put an email to you so that stand can be replaced from the service station at the earliest.

I believe the part was already spoilt when I bought the scooter but was hidden by paint. I assume the complete body may be rusted and HONDA is cheating on their clients.

I humbly request you to please replace my scooter and oblige.
