Hi this is K.shanmukha srinivas i am writing this letter for the second time. one month back i given a complaint regarding my vehicle "Twister bike taken in vasavi honda show room Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh)". The same problem (missing) is repeated in “ten days” after changing the parts that you have mentioned to the show room members. Nearly 45 days I have travelled on the test ride vehicle. They have changed the engine of test ride vehicle and attached to my vehicle. For that vehicle there is leakage in the engine and a beep sound is coming. Upto now the problem is not solved. They are telling that they replace a new engine. ”please replace a new bike instead of my bike”. Because you have taken four months time, but the problem is not solved so far. You have not replied for the first complaint that I have given. Please contact me immediately and take necessary action as soon as possible.
