REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY BATTERY

Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Honda unicorn on 30/10/09 from Platinum auomobiles at Chandigarh. Since the day i bought it, its battery AMCO 048816 is causing problems.

I have contacted both your service stations (Mohali & chd) several times but my problem has still not been sorted out. The battery has been charged atleast 5 times on different occasions (i have got documentry evidence) even when when i have repeatedly requested them of a battery REPLACEMENT.

On 10/10, i went to service station to get a paid service and get my faulty battery REPLACED but again they charged the battery (for 24 hours) and fitted the same old battery with a assurance of proper working this time.

But again after 8-10 days the battery stopped functioning. I went to chd service station on 28/10/10 with the same problem 4th time they assured me of a battery change and kept the battery with themselves, and told me that they'll call me in the evening.

But I received no communication from them, I myself called them thrice but nobody picked the phone. Therefore, I had to go chd service station today i.e. 31/10/10 but they refused to replace the battery and I was told that it was not their fault as the battery is not manufactured by Honda but by AMCO.

Kindly look into the matter, and do the needful

Please arrange to replace the battery.
