Very bad service

Hi,

The service provided by honda showroom especially of pimpri branch is the worst. First of all they gave me a bike with faulty battery and then they replaced it with another which is still faulty.when we complain then their service manager tells that we dont know to ride a bike.service manager has got no manners. It has been five months and they havent given the smart card yet.they only waste our time by calling every now and then and dont do anything. I am so frustrated and wouls suggest no one to buy bike from pimpri branch
