Dear All,

My name is Nasir Arafat from perambur. I Purchased a HONDA TWISTER bike from a dealer on 8th November. I gave my bike for 1st service on 16th December from the day when it was serviced the bike was not in good condition but it was good before the service and i was promised that the bike will give 70kmpl but it gave me only 59kmpl before service. But after service it gave me 51kmpl, i told the same to the service person but he did something in my bike and it started giving me 53kmpl, also i lost the smoothness and the power of the bike. Today (28/12) i went to the service center and told the same but he said their's problem with the CHAIN NOISE & HEAD CAM SHOT problem..

I want to complaint on the HONDA company for making such cheap parts where after 1 1/2 months the parts will go off and giving authority to such Franchises who doesn't know to service the bike, Secondary i want to complain on the service center where they screwed my bike

Service Center Name: KPN Motors

Proprietor Name: Vijay Krishna

Proprietor Address: No: B-39, Karthikeyan Salai, Periyar Nagar, Chennia - 600082 (Opp. Axis Bank)

The person who reviewed my bike is VIJAY KUMAR

I request you to do the needful and please make sure that i will get replaced bike

I have all the bills and document for the bike,
