About Service centre - FORTUNE HONDA

I gave my vehicle for service and to check for the front brake which is horrifying my driving. It is written in the job card no 41. when I called they said vehicle is ready and good. Later they called saying vehicle is ready come and take. same problems are repeating. the supervisor says, technician has not done work. they said they need to replace the part (drum assembly), said ok. they asked for 30 minutes time. i waited 3 hours. They come cool to say that part is not available. My conclusion - service is very very bad (I don't want to use bad words). I am afraid they just washed my vehicle and gave back and collected money for paid service. The next day I went back to ask. The store keeper is not aware of the part to be arranged for the customer. Only I can feel pity for myself and advise others not to go for the service in the showroom. I replaced the same part the very next day in my neighbourhood by private mechanic. It is working well.
