I bought a Honda CB Twister in the month of february'2011. This month i have given my bike for servicing along with some replacement in the part.
Usually the normal service takes 1 day for giving it back to the customer. But in one of the service center near Indira Nagar, Bangalore, they kept the vehicle for 2 days telling that the parts will be replaced and finally i got the bike with the same condition without any replacement of parts.
I am very much disappointed about the service and asked to atleast inform if parts are not available. But instead, they were arguing with me for a long time.
This is not at all a customer satisfaction company. They are just doing their jobs. Since it is a Free service, they are not at all taking care of my vehicle.
This is very bad experience to me and all of them who has the Honda vehicles, please make sure every thing is done while getting it back.
This is just for an awareness of the people who has honda vehicles.
