Dear Sir,
I recently had bike service (on 15-10) from your authorized service center in Tumkur and I am really dissatisfied with the service and felt bad with the way your people behave in the service center.
It is very sad that, your people behave very arrogantly with the customers. When I went to receive back my bike after the service (at around 4:00 P.M) it is noticed that the bike was not washed properly and when I informed this to the manager, he told that he can't see each and every bike and it was not necessary to was the bike as part of the free service.
But, when I asked him for the proof of his statements he said that he will rewash the bike.
I was not expecting this type of replies from your service center and I am really sorry to say that, you are literally harassing the customers. Please try to correct the mistakes.
