I bought my car in April and till date it has just been on roads for 24000kms only.
I have maintained my car to the utmost perfection always.
Three days back i gave my car for service with some problem of noise while reversing my Automatic Honda Civic.
I was told that the Engine Hydraulic Mounting is at fault and it needs to be changed. I was relaxed as i had done a 2 years Extended Warranty for which I paid about Rs.9000 while buying the car.
But one day later i received a call saying it will not be covered under warranty for unrealistic reasons.
This is the status of Customer Service in our dearest country like India.
Had this been a case in US or UK the company would have been sued for millions of dollars, but in India its very easy for any company to take customers on a ride and take them for granted,
Is there anything possible i can do against Ring Road Honda Service Center in Gurgaon, Haryana.
