I had given my Honda unicorn (TN 10R 0929) With KKG MOTORS Authorised two wheeler service center of M/s Suraya honda main dealer, till date i had been servicing My vehicle with surya honda now because of distance constraint i have given to kkg motor, i found there is noise engine so i gave this vehicle for servicing, on 20 07 next day morning i rang up service center for my status they said some clutch bell and some parts to be replaced, i agreed and said as spares are not been readily available with them the have to get it from other dealer in chennai, i waited for a week later when i enquire abt my vehicle they state they are in search for spare after 10 days again i ask they said parts has been ordered with banagalore and the same has to come from there, one fine saturday i visited that service center by then the propreitor told me that the spares has come from bangalore it is question of one hour to assemble the vehicle. asked to come on 1st August when i called them they stated they need one more spare is not available that has to fitted

i request you to help me and my service center person in getting the spares

i have recomended to get honda unicorn for my friends now think y have i recomended this vehicle if any thing happens in their vehicle i dont want them to face similar issues

i thought of booking new unicorn dazaller for this diwali now i realise i had taken a good decision in booking the same

once again i request you to help me and my service provider in resolving the issue
