Keeping in mind the huge brand name and services of Honda, I purchased a Honda Shine bike in 2007 from Pahadia Commercial Limited Patna.
Recently some problem developed in my bike and to rectify the same I approached both the dealers at Patna for following components:
Component details:
(1) Mile Meter Pinion & cable
(2) Valve Kit
(3) Block kit
(4) Engine Packing Set
It was a matter of great surprize as well as shock that none of the above components was available with all the authorized dealers in Bihar.
For help I contacted the Regional sales office at Kolkata through Mail/Phone on 8th Feb But till date got no response from Honda.
So based on my experience I suggest every one"
"Don't ever think to buy a Honda bike... because the availability of components SUCKS big time!!! Do ensure the availabilty of spare parts if you want to buy one."
