Subject: Poor product Quality – Activa
Dear Sir,
I am Nisha from Yamuna Nagar and one of the key customer. I have purchased the White active from your local dealer Sai Automobile in Yamuna nagar.
I have studied a lot before purchasing this activa and taken a feedback from many your customers. It builds a good failth and trust in your brand, because of your product quality and your company after sales support.
When I purchased Activa from showroom with your key feature “Self Start”, it was my ist priority while purchase a scooter as a girl. But from the 1st Day, my Activa’s self start was not working and I faced a lot of problem and regularly I visited to show room dealer to rectify this problem or otherwise replace this.
At that time they said, this problem comes in winters only and it will not come in summer. It was so pathetic answer from dealer. Customer never purchased that product, with this type of seasonal effect on product.
Even now in summer, I am facing the same problem. And I feel ashamed in front of may family and friends while starting of Activa.
I am from middle class family and I have purchased this active from my years saving. But it gives me a bad image of Honda Motors after experience of Activa purchase.
Still I do have faith in Honda motors. it can be possible, I got the bad quality product unfortunately.
So It is my humble request to Managing Director, kindly replace my Activa within warranty period.
