Dear Honda,
I met up with an accident and have left my bike (on 24th Jan morning by 10 am) in the showroom to repair the bike. It’s been about 16days and until now whenever I go asking about this, the reply is stock hasn't been approved it’s in the back-order. I am a person in the field of marketing and it’s been a tough time without the bike. It’s really frustrating about the service that you guys provide. Once I happened to call The Regional head office of Coimbatore i.e., Bangalore on 2nd of Feb, a gentle man named Mr. Mahesh sigh (Zonal manager) promised me that he will be sending the spares within a week and it’s been already a week and when I went to the showroom they said the same old story that it’s still in back-order in fact nothing is wrong with them because even they are trying in all means to make my bike ready. So now what you guys are going to do. Is this the service that you promised to provide me after sales? I am really fed up with the service that you render to the show room and to the clients. Kindly take this into serious consideration and provide me with a solution.
