I own Honda DIO, Regn No. UP 70 AQ 1409 purchased from VIBHA HONDA, ALLAHABAD, U.P. INDIA, In an accident Front panel, Indicators, Handle cover etc has broken almost 7 months ago. I am frequently visiting service centre of VIBHA HONDA, ALLAHABAD, U.P. INDIA, but they inform spare will be available by next week but till date nothing has been done. If they have no spares even than they should inform me as I could purchase another vehicle. My DIo is in dangerous condition and may cause accident. No proper responce from service centre even estimate has been provided to me. Kindly look into the matter as already 7 months have passed.
Their customer care sight namely " [email protected] " is not working. It is shoking even to imagine such type of poor service from Internationaly known brands. I also tried to contact them on phone but no one had attend the phone.on following nos
