I have purchased a CB Unicorn motorcycle of Honda motorcycle & scooter co. pvt Ltd from The dealer Durgapur Honda on 15.12.2010. On 6th July I have an accident & my six months old bike is damaged in head light & its area. Then I go to my dealer (DURGAPUR HONDA) & asked to him about the spares, he said, not available because the company not send the spares regularly & not as per our requirement. We have send the order of spares time to time but company does not response. Then I have contact the other dealer in West Bengal, they have also said the same word, after that I have send an email on 19th July to company's Gurgaon Factory but still now I get no response. Then I contact over phone on two different days, they said actually we have some problem about spares but we have try to solve your problem. But he didn't say that when they solve my problem and how many days I will be harassed in this condition.
