I am writing this complaint as a eye opener of service quality as HONDA MOTORS commits best service
I have purchased the Honda Shine from the Dealer called OM SAI AUTOWORLD and traped with third class service.
As per Honda Commitment they are giving 4 free service but free service is the diasater for you after taking appointment you have to wait atleast 2 hours for Job card preparation the they will service your vehicle god knows what they have done for your vehicle.
I will give live example of today... I am very perticular as far as vehicle is concerned I have given my bikes for 2nd service as supervisor said that we have to replace the engine oil i said OK when today I visited to collect my vehicle then i lost my control as they say service had been done but I feel that they have done nothing even not washed my vehicle I doubt that they change the engine oil what they charged for..
