problem
1 abnormal engine Sound
2 Shaky and unbalanced drive
3 switch are not upto the mark may stuck often
It is sorry to say that the quality of service as-well as product is not up to the mark. As before going to purchase honda motorcycle my friends told me to re think about my decision. But I belive in the name and blindly bought the motorcycle. But now it is both physical and mental harassment by the product and by the service people. In this short span of time i have shown the bike to the service people and also to the showroom from where i bought, they just tight the handle fork now and problem resolves for few kilometers and afterward reoccurs again. In my believe there is some manufacturing problem in the motorcycle. As using the faulty motorcycle can cause major accident also . so it is my kind request to you to look into the issue and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
(Today already visited the anand parbat service center, just wasted my whole time and no resolution came out of it . the concern Area service manager of honda is so confident that over telephone he makes sure that the bike is running well. )
Hope that honda will never brake the customer believe and do the needful as soon as possible.
