Bad Cumuinnication & Delivery problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a Honda Shine Black with Red Colour through Pilot 2 Wheelers, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Chembur Mumbai.

The date of booking was 23.11.2009 vide receipt no. 2367, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 45- days.

After a repeated follow-up procedure no any suficient answer give by pilot sales excutive. On 09/01 we make full payment that time Mr. Vinod Patil Sr. Sales Manager told me u get delivery on 21/01. But Today i call him then he say you pay all payment on 9/1 thats why we are not give delivery at this time & his language is very ruff " Apako jo karna hai wo kijiye, mereko kuch phark nahi padta, Jidhar jana hai udhar jayie hamare idhar isa hi hota hai"

It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

Hope I get support and co-operation inthis regard from the forum.
