Honda Shine

I have bought honda shine on 24-12. First day i observed - in reserve position, eventhough there is petrol in the tank the byke was not moving. From the day onwards the byke is stopping during slowing down, pressing clutch while changing the gear. Milage is only 30. Gear moment is alos not good. I am not satisfied with the byke.
