Dear sir,

i am a news corespondant i owned a honda shine bike before one year.right now the time of sixth service (13000 km).

i am alwalys busy.in this week i visited two times your showroom, vahinimotors- at karunagapally, kollam, kerala.before 9am for my bike servicing.but they did not recieve my bike for this periodical service.according to them, they can only take 30 nos.per day. they said to come back after two days.and they were allways misbehaving to customers.

but i can read your notice there about company's motto that is customer satisfaction.what did you mean from this sentence? as a customer i am regret to say really shame to your dealer's behaviour to customers.they never say sorry for this inconveniance to me.there is no customer relashionship.the sale after sevice is very bad.

so pls take necessary warnings to vahini motors, karunagapally.
