Passport delay

Respected Sir,

I am Omanakutty Amma, applied for Passport on 28/072010 with file no B03581310 and thereafter verification was done within two weeks, but till now i did not receive my Passport. According to online inquiry status, they says it will be delivered shortly. I have got an opening in abroad, please kindly accept my request since i can apply for visa. its urgent, please take immediate necessary steps, i will obliged if so.
