SIR,

HAVE BEEN USING HONDA-SHINE FROM LAST 2YEARS HAVE BEEN FACING MILLAGE PROBLEM AND CHAIN PROBLEM, IT SEAMS-COMPANY HAS AN ATTITUDE OF MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO

CUSTOMER, I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR GUY AT VISHNU HONDA,

I HAD GIVEN MY BIKE ON 5TH I HAD MENTIONED MY PROBLEMS ON JOB CARD 1. FUEL CORK PROBLEM

2. MILLAGE PROBLEM

3.CHAIN PROBLEM

THESE WERE THE MAIN COMPLAINTS BUT THEY CHARGED 227/- WITH EVERY COMPLAINT RECTIFIED BUT WHEN I REDID MY BIKE NON OF THE PROBLEMS WERE SATISFIED

I THINK GUYS ARE UN AWARE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
