My Name is J.Manavalan..Working in Tamilnadu Govt.
I have purchased one Honda shine on 9-11-12 at your LAKSHMI HONDA Dealer MADURAI.
1) I found abnormal heat & noise in Engine head within a week on 16-11.12.
Immediately i dropped my vehicle in the service center. After checking the Vehicle condition, the service engineer & Manager agreed the complaint and they put in service and they have taken 5 days for observation. After the trial on road, the same complaint was repeated and they said
The engine will come to the original position after keep on using the vehicle for some Kms of running.
2) Once again I fed up with their service, I went to another service center called M/S Kalyani Honda.and they have confirmed that there is a engine problem and they have not rectified the complaint.
3. I have return back to M/s LAKSHMI HONDA for 2nd service on 24.01.12. they have taken one week completely for rectifying the complaint and
keep on they were saying some irresponsible answer day by day without any positive answer..
So, totally i have irritated very much, once again i have complaint the manager and taken the vehicle on 01.02.12 .
Still the same complaint was repeated with Oil leakage
I came to know that it is manufacturing defect.
Kindly replace the vehicle immediately. or otherwise i will go for complaint in Spl Consumer court.
I am waiting for your positive reply...
