Company not able to meet warranty obligation

Dear sir,

My car no UP 16V 9722 covered under warranty/extended warranty

The car driver's side glass can not be lowered/raised & as per the dealer, Ace Honda, the master switch is defective. The master switch became defective on 14th August& was checked by the above dealer on 19th August stating that the switch is not available with them/factory.

Since then, I have been following up with the company, but there has been no firm answer to my quary listed below

a) when will the switch be available?

b) Is it not available in their system all India?

c) What is the laid down system for monitoring the inventory levels & reorder levels to prevent stock outs?

d) How do they plan to meet warranty Obligations when there are stock outs of these fast moving spare parts. I understand there are several complaints of similar nature in honda city.

e) The company has also signed an extended warranty agreement but has not established any systems to meet these obligations.

f) Could Honda maintain such poor standards elsewhere in developed world forcing customers to drive cars with raised glass all the time which is highly inconvenient & unsafe?
