Manufacturing Defect

I have 2004 model Honda City GXI. All the four doors of the car started rusting within 3 years. Inspite of repeated complaints through the dealer, the company is callous. I understand that some of the cars manufactured around that time also have similar sheet metal defect, which Honda refuses to acknowledge. It is sheer arrogance and indifference to the cusotmers who think that Honda is a big name that cares for quality. We Customers get fooled by these big companies who peddle their inferior products.
