This is regarding a horrifying experience I have had with Honda Siel Cars India Limited, with their pathetic service and customer relationship.
My car got crashed on 18th Feb early morning (Lucky having being survived), and was immediately sent to Autokam Honda, Udaipur, the same day. The insurance survey was done on 23rd Feb. And, we got the huge estimation copy of approx Rs.2, 40, 000, and a delivery date of 8th March @ 18:30 hrs
We talked with the local dealer and got to know that the parts were under indent and not received from the company. We tried contacting Hoda's contact lines, but no response. So, we registered a complain with details as below:

Now, till date we have not yet received any confirmation from the company regarding the delivery of our car.
This is truly unjustified and shows failure of the company in providing quality service to the customers. There is no need of customer service till the customer has any problem, it is meant only when we have, and at such times when you fail, that means the customer service and relation is useless. And, we have talked N no.of times with the Honda people, but no one is able to give a clarity on the status. The work on our car has not started yet, it is lying as it is at the service center. And, above that, we have not yet received any call from honda saying any delay in the delivery of our car.
We have suffered a lot due to this, and this has seriously affected our mental stability and have had serious impact on our family. We can not travel anywhere, as affording Rs.2000 daily on a taxi is not everyone's cup of tea, specifically when we know that we are going to have tough time dealing with the huge bill coming our way. Now, we would demand a complete compensation for same and our suffering, which includes daily amount that we had to spend on our travel and commutation, uncomfort allowance, as well as a schaffeur driven car (Equivalent to Honda City 1.5 SMT), will we get our car delivered to us.
