Honda Unicorn
Mileage problem

I bought Honda unicorn bike in 2004. It was giving mileage of 60kmph in those days. But now it has reduced to 20kmph. What could be the problem? How can i increase the mileage? Its pretty expensive for me to drive on my bike nowadays. Please give me some suggestions.
