Honda unicorn dazzzler
Noise coming out of rear disc brake

I have purchased a new unicorn dazzler about 15 days back from "silicon honda " rv road bangalore. Now, noise has started coming form the rear disc break. When i contacted the concerned person for this issue he told its manufacturing defect. Is it like this that honda makes a vehicle with unavoidable defect, if not take the decision required.
