Front right shocker is leaking

I have purchased a motor cycle honda unicorn colour black with chasis no. ME4KC093B8129102 and engine no. KC09E1130924 on 23 Feb from swarup honda show room delhi.my bike front right shocker is leaking since 8-10 days. I approached to sangam motors sahibabad (Ghaziabad) on 01-11-11 about problem of bike.he has taken all relevent documents copies onward dispatch to manufacturer company.

as per bike manual book page no. 85 para 4 shocker is under waranty.

till date no reply came from sangam motors.

please do needful.
