REPLACEMENT OF VEHICLE

Dear Sir,

As I have purchased Honda Unicorn of Frame no. ME4KC09CJB8150357 & Eng. no. KC09E6155649 on 04/10 and taken delivery on 07/10 from ABVR (TN190001), Cuddalore.

I am having Honda Activa and existing customer decided to purchase for the best suspension, but after delivery about 25 Kms run found suspension problem and the next day I reported to your dealer and they changed the shock absorber even I feel the suspension problem remains same.

Also I reported in the first service about suspension problem and again they changed the shock absorber but after service, there is engine sound varied about 40 Kms run and the service authority told to run the vehicle till 2nd service by phone now in 2nd service they are keeping the vehicle from 13/01, they said valve tappet to adjusted on the same day, but the next day they said it should be changed and in the evening some lathe work to be done after completion of work there is white smoke when the vehicle started so they told to wait for some days to finish work. I have no other option to report to you for further or otherwise to consumer court. As an existing customer I wont like to do so and hope you will take necessary action against this situation.
