Parcel material not reached to tirupati station

Dear sirs, madam

This has referance to the above subject.

we have send the some H/K material to tirupat by tirupati Exp from mumbai to tirupati dated - 27/11 train no is -6351, DN and our billty no is-C 720278 / C720279 and parcel quantity is 25 PKT. but to till date i have not received this material from tirupati station.

sir, i want to inform you that when our opration Excutive is asking to parcel manager tirupati his name is purvaiya they said to him i dont know about this, his Response was too bad like non Responsible employe .sir every time we are facing same problume at tirupati railway station because we are the service provider to TTD temple and every month we are sending cunsumable materail to tirupati by railway.
