Non supply of Gas

Dear Sir,

I have gas connection of HP Gas company. My consumer No. is 609987. I had made internet refill booking on 8th January'10 vide booking No.205353 but i sorry to write that concerned gas agency has not made the supply even after lodging complaint to higher authorities. Kindly resolve the issue.
