Misuse of fund i paid for registraion copy

Im prem singh son of piara singh .i did paid rs 500 to PK kansal gas agency barnala on 15 january as a fee for new registration copy ..but whn i went there to get my copy ..they said we dispatch letter that ur address is wrong nd did

refund 500 to me ..they didnt refund any money nd didnt give any reciept to me... we resolve this dispute... this gas agency making fool of customers na they r making money by false means...
